This is my favorite resurant in the rogue valley.  For years I've been going here.  Its expensive, you need a reservation, but it has the most unique food.  It has an awesome wine list and the service is second to none.  Just make a reservation at the chateaulin and tickets for the Oregon Shakespeare festival.  Let them know your going to the theater and they will take great care of you and make sure get to the show which is right up the hill.
