This is from my first trip to Tucson so its subjective by the time available.  I missed at least one very fine resturant called Janos at the Westin.  Most of the restaurants I tried were suggested to me by Jon Brower who lived there before moving to the Rogue Valley.  Though the last two we found on our own.
