Wine:
Beringer Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Vintage:
2002
Type:
Cabernet Sauvignon California
Tasting Notes:
The color denotes a well aged wine a lovely scarlet to purple.  The nose is black and red fruit with a touch of loam.  The taste is sweet smoothness with complexity of fruit, tannins and oak.  The finish is long full of tannins.  This is the best Californian cab I’ve had in awhile.  It’s crisp, memorable and well crafted.
I also like that it comes in half bottles
Cost:
$80.00
